Industry Technology Trading

A trajectory built with method.

Experience, evolution, and the drive to do better. The union of industrial management, technology and the markets — under a single working philosophy.

Tio Gu · Trader & Developer

From the factory floor to code.

My professional history was built over many years within industry, moving through different responsibilities until reaching industrial management. Roughly 14 years living close to production, processes, people, targets, problems, and decisions that must produce results in the real world.

That experience taught me something I carry to this day: great results rarely happen by chance. They are the consequence of method, discipline, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Great results rarely happen by chance.

Over time, my curiosity about technology stopped being just an interest and became part of how I saw problems. I started studying programming, automation, and software development, seeking to turn repetitive tasks, complex processes, and ideas into simpler, more efficient solutions.

That transition expanded the way I think. I began combining the hands-on view I acquired in industry with programming, data analysis, automation, and the development of my own tools.

Today, that same mindset also lives in trading. For me, operating the markets doesn't mean just finding a good entry. It means developing processes, studying behavior, controlling risk, testing hypotheses, logging decisions, and pursuing consistency.

That's why most of my projects are born from the union of trading, technology, and automation. More than following ready-made tools, I like to understand how things work and, when needed, build my own solution.

It's out of that philosophy that Tio Gu Trades is born — a project that brings together experience, studies, tools, and evolution as a trader and developer.

What defines the trajectory.

Six values I practice daily — the foundation of everything I build.

Process vision

Years working in production and management taught me to see systems as a whole, spot bottlenecks, and find better ways to execute.

Discipline and consistency

I learned that great results are usually the consequence of small decisions executed correctly over a long stretch of time.

Analytical mindset

I like to question, measure, compare, and understand the reason behind things before simply accepting them.

Technology as a tool

Programming and automation became extensions of my way of solving problems.

Continuous evolution

I have no issue starting over in a new field. Learning, testing, failing, correcting and evolving is part of the process.

Hands-on experience

My trajectory was not built on theory alone. It comes from years dealing with responsibility, pressure, people, processes, and real decisions.

Different fields, same philosophy.

  1. Phase

    Industry

Roughly 14 years within industry, moving through different responsibilities until reaching industrial management. Production, processes, people, and decisions that must produce real results.

  2. Phase

    Technology

Study of programming, automation, and software development. Technology stops being an interest and becomes the way I see and solve problems.

  3. Phase

    Trading

Applying the same mindset to the markets — processes, behavior study, risk control, hypothesis testing, decision logging, and the pursuit of consistency.

  4. Today

    Tio Gu Trades

A project that brings together experience, studies, tools, and evolution as a trader and developer. A space under continuous construction.

Industry. Technology. Trading.

Different fields, but connected by the same philosophy — understand the process, control the risk, improve the system, and pursue consistency. That's the path I keep building.

Let's connect.

Three direct channels — pick whichever feels right.
